What is a Mystery Client?
What is a Mystery Client?
Mystery Clients are deployed primarily to check and assure the quality of your service performance.
Mystery Clients place bookings, and act like a normal clients, asking if you can provide off menu service (extra service), or will ask for your personal phone number to direct future bookings with you.
In addition, Mystery Clients also check if you are performing the Spasify SOP’s such as the Client Intake Form, Blood Pressure Check or if you are only using Spasify Products.
